Dear valued customer, because you are important to us, we pay attention to every detail to make your experience more comfortable and secure. We understand that tastes vary in the world of oud, which is why we grant you the right to try, exchange, and return our products under the following conditions:
- For trial purposes, please do not use more than 3 grams of the oud wood.
- Ensure the oud is kept in its original condition and stored in its original packaging.
- If an order arrives damaged during shipping, the store will cover all associated shipping costs.
- Delivery takes 1-5 business days (excluding weekends: Friday and Saturday).
- Products must be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- In the case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees. Please note that the cost of each shipping label from the courier is 25 SAR. This does not apply to products covered by the Golden Guarantee.
- If the customer does not respond to the shipping courier's attempts to collect the return, the return request will be cancelled, and the customer will not be eligible to request another return for that order.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days maximum, starting from the date the customer submits the return request.
- One Ounce (Oqiyah) contains 28 grams of each type of oud.
- The original delivery fee will be deducted when a refund or exchange is processed.
